1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using royaipiume.com (the "Marketplace"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Marketplace.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Marketplace. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Marketplace Nature

ROYAIPIUME is a platform that connects independent sellers ("Sellers") with buyers ("Buyers"). We facilitate listings, payments, and logistics, but we are not the seller of record. The sale contract for any item is between the Buyer and the Seller, except where ROYAIPIUME itself is the listed seller.

5. Listings & Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings — descriptions, photos, pricing, materials, and stock. We may remove listings that are misleading, prohibited, or infringe intellectual property. Buyers should review listings carefully before purchasing.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Payment is processed at checkout through our approved payment processors. An order is confirmed only when payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.

7. Orders & Fulfillment

Sellers aim to dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times are guides, not guarantees. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified and offered a full refund or alternative.

8. Shipping & Returns

Delivery and return conditions are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Buyers have 30 days from delivery to request a return, subject to the conditions in that policy.

9. Seller Commissions & Payouts

Sellers pay ROYAIPIUME a commission on each completed sale, as described on the Sell With Us page. Settlement is made to the Seller's designated account on the agreed cycle. Sellers are responsible for their own taxes and business compliance.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods.
• Infringing another's intellectual property or personal rights.
• Manipulating reviews, prices, or the platform in any dishonest way.
• Using the Marketplace for fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized data collection.

11. Intellectual Property

The ROYAIPIUME name, logo, site design, and original content are our property. Seller content remains the Seller's. Report any suspected infringement to support@royaipiume.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROYAIPIUME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Marketplace, or for the acts or omissions of Sellers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first. Any unresolved dispute shall be brought before the competent court of the seller's or platform's domicile.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
